YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, plainly.

Your interest helps us build a show. Your information stays private.

Stand Up on the Beach is founded and run by Nick Madison in San Diego. This policy covers our website and interest forms. ComedyOnTheBeach.com also directs visitors here. Updated September 16, 2026.

What we collect and why

Audience signups collect your email and, if you choose, your first name and neighborhood. We use these details for the San Diego show announcements you agree to receive.

Forms for venues and comics collect the contact details, links, and information you enter so Nick can review your interest and follow up. These submissions do not enroll you in marketing updates. Performance links are for review only and do not grant permission to copy, publish, or republish your work.

Where it goes

Forms are processed on Vercel and saved as private records in Vercel Blob storage in the United States. Nick and authorized project administrators can access those records through the private Vercel account. Submissions are not published on this website or stored in its code repository. We do not sell your information.

Basic security and spam prevention

We validate submissions, use a hidden spam field and a time-limited form token, and limit repeat requests. We use a one-way keyed identifier derived from your network address for short-term rate limiting; raw network addresses are not saved in submission records. Vercel may process network addresses and technical request logs to host and protect the service. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to stop show updates or request access, correction, or deletion using the form below. You can also email hello@standuponthebeach.com. We may verify your email before acting on a request. Any future show-update emails will also explain how to unsubscribe. We keep submissions while they are useful for organizing shows or responding to your interest, unless you request deletion. Technical logs follow Vercel’s retention settings.

Manage your information.

Tell Nick if you want to unsubscribe, correct your details, request a copy, or delete your information.
